Interview with Eric St-Martin of Brasserie Anorak

On Wikipedia, anorak is defined as “a British slang term which refers to a person who has a very strong interest, perhaps obsessive, in niche subjects. This interest may be unacknowledged or not understood by the general public.” Eric is definitely is a geek/nerd in multiple fields as he is at once co-owner, brewer, and chef at Brasserie Anorak Broue Pub in scenic Morin-Heights. His team makes one of the best burgers that we’ve ever tasted! In this interview, he describes how his retirement plan started early.
